Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on orders over €10. Otherwise, standard shipping costs €3, and express shipping costs €7.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order by logging into your account and selecting the "Track Your Order" option. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Europe (including the UK and Russia) and the USA. We do not offer shipping to other regions at this time.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 4 to 8 working days
- Express Shipping: 2 to 4 working days
